- This Invitation to Bid is in two lots: - Lot 1: Procurement of E-ID System to Trinidad & Tobago, and- Lot 2: Establishment of Long Term Agreements for Software Development.Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
