- Tender Are Invited The South-West Regional Health Authority (SWRHA) is desirous in securing a suitable and competent Contractor for the Replacement of the existing Fire Alarm and Detection System panel and devices at the Siparia District Health Facility in meeting local legislative requirements, and the NFPA standard. This is a twenty-four (24) hour facility and work can be facilitated on weekends and after hours. The main purpose of this project is to bring the system up to OEM specifications, acquire Fire Life Certification from the Trinidad and Tobago Fire Service whilst ensuring the Health and Safety of all occupants within the building
